Gameplan Europe has carried out several consultancy and executive search assignments for Tomy in Europe and the USA since 1988. Their in-depth knowledge of the international toy market enables them to evaluate opportunities and to investigate problems quickly and effectively. In an industry which changes very quickly we find it invaluable to be able to call on the resources of Gameplan Europe to carry out projects to complement our management teams.


 




Gameplan Europe has helped Spin Master’s European expansion in several ways. Andrew brought the leading German buyers to visit us at New York Toy Fair and took me to visit them in Germany at a time when they knew little about us. He also recruited a highly capable European Sales Director to manage our distributor network. We value the relationship which enables us to draw at any time on Gameplan Europe’s extensive experience in the international toy industry.

Durch die neue Verkaufsagentur, die Gameplan Europe für uns gefunden hat, konnten wir unseren Umsatz in Grossbritannien verdoppeln. In weiterer Folge haben wir Gameplan Europe beauftragt, Distributeure in Australien, Neuseeland und Japan zu finden. Uns war es besonders wichtig, Vertriebspartner zu finden, die in der Lage sind, der hohen Qualität des Designs und der Verarbeitung der Bruder Produkte Rechnung zu tragen. Durch die guten Kontakte und Marktkenntnisse von Gameplan Europe war es möglich, geeignete Distributeure für Bruder auch in diesen Märkten zu finden.

We were able to double our sales in the UK using the sales agency which Gameplan Europe found for us. Gameplan Europe then found us distributors in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. It was particularly important to engage business partners who would reflect the high quality and design of our products. The good contacts and market knowledge of Gameplan Europe enabled us to find suitable partners in these countries.
